What’s On: 19th-29th October

Saying goodbye to the warm summer evenings and hello to the shorter days of autumn is always a bit tricky (or treat?), but here are some fun activities in and around the city that will make you crave the taste of pumpkin spice and the coziness of your favourite jumper!

‘Famous symbologist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) follows a trail of clues tied to Dante, the great medieval poet. When Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), a doctor he hopes will help him recover his memories. Together, they race across Europe and against the clock to stop a madman (Ben Foster) from unleashing a virus that could wipe out half of the world’s population.’

Starring Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones, our recommended film of the week, Inferno, is set to be an unsettling, thought-provoking mystery thriller that will leave you at the edge of your seat; perfect for setting the unnerving atmosphere at this spooky time of year! Playing regularly at FACT Picture house and ODEON Liverpool One.
