What’s in your earphones? – Chloe’s November playlist
Anything – Catfish and the Bottlemen
I’m seeing Catfish this month and Anything is my favourite of theirs from the new album – there is literally nothing in this world better than that guitar solo in the middle, really!
Hey Soul Sister – Glee Cast
I really really like Glee, and I don’t care how uncool it makes me. Me and my housemates have been rewatching it recently so I’d be a full on liar if I didn’t include this in the playlist of things I’ve been listening to this month.
Paper Bag – Fiona Apple
I first heard this song on the soundtrack for the movie Bridesmaids, and it’s kinda sad but also kinda lovely.
No Better – Lorde
I do like my girl power to be a bit unconventional, and Lorde is up there with my fave people ever. No Better isn’t too well known, and it’s not even on Spotify, but it’s definitely my favourite!
Olympia – Sundara Karma
Olympia is taken from Sundara’s upcoming debut album and it, along with every other song they’ve ever made, is the embodiment of audible sunshine. Listen to this without getting really happy, I dare you.
Helicopter – Bloc Party
Heebies basement classic. Also really good at walking down the road like a badass to.
Joan Of Arc – Jamie T
A lot of this playlist consists of artists I’m seeing on tour this month!! Joan Of Arc is one of the loveliest safest floatiest songs in the world and I’m probably going to cry when I hear it live to be honest.
We Used To Be In Love – Clean Cut Kid
Clean Cut Kid are absolutely not from this era and I love it SO MUCH.
Not Nineteen Forever – Courteeners
God bless the band.
M.D.M.Amazing – Beans On Toast
Beans On Toast is a super lovely human and also really funny and I’m seeing him next month and everything is fabulous.
