PREVIEW: Marsicans announced as special guests on the forthcoming Fickle Friends UK tour!

Having toured in the past with bands such as Clean Cut Kid, Jaws and Hippo CampusMarsicans are back this time with the fantastic Fickle Friends.

It’s been a busy year so far for the Marsican boys! They’ve had a sold out debut headline tour, smashed both their sets at Reading and Leeds on the BBC Radio 1 stage, and released an ever so addictive track in the form of ‘Pop-Ups (Sunny at the Weekend). And now, they can add a support slot to Fickle Friends to their growing list of achievements.

They are definitely a band you don’t want to miss out on, as you can see from their latest single ‘Suburbs’. Talking about the track, front man James Newbigging spoke about how it represents “the feeling of not being comfortable where you are” as he kept getting bored being at home despite having a few hectic weeks away. But if you need any more persuading on the matter, check out what we thought of the indie dreamboats here, as they played Liverpool’s The Magnet on their first night on the JAWS tour late last year.

You can stream ‘Suburbs’ here, and catch the band at Manchester’s Neighbourhood Festival on 6th October, and on tour with Fickle Friends later that same month.
